About ProtectMac
ProtectMac, the trading name of ProtectWorks Limited, was founded in 2007 and provides industry leading security software for Mac OS X. Our goal is simple, to provide intuitive, easy to use software that is in keeping with the Mac operating system and protects you from all known computer threats.

The company is based in rural Somerset, England.
Many of our design engineers have been working with Macs for well over a decade, much of that time within the security sector. The designers also work closely with Apple to ensure that as soon as new versions of the Mac operating system are released they are protected from any known security threats.
Our experience and security knowledge, matched with our innate attention to detail and passion for all things Mac, is what makes our products and our company different in today's market.
